Beginner DJs looking to get into digital DJing will appreciate the Pioneer DDJ-FLX4, a 2-channel controller that includes rekordbox dj and works with Serato DJ Pro and Serato DJ Lite. This new controller offers Smart Fader and Smart CFX, which are features to help beginner DJs start mixing. Smart Fader helps you effortlessly transition between tracks by automatically adjusting the BPM, volume, bass volume, and other functions. Smart CFX applies complicated combinations of effects to the music with the turn of a knob.

The DDJ-FLX4's mixer section inherits its layout from Pioneer's professional line of mixers, with a gain knob, 3-band EQ, Color FX (CFX), a channel fader, and a crossfader. Beat FX can be applied to either channel, 1 or 2, or to both simultaneously. Each deck includes a large jog wheel, loop functions, assignable performance pads, a tempo slider, and cue and play/pause buttons. The front panel provides a 3.5mm headphone output, while the rear panel offers a ¼" microphone input and a stereo RCA master output. Two USB ports are available. One is for the host connection to a computer/portable device, while the second is dedicated to power the DDJ-FLX4 when using with iOS and Android devices. A USB-C cable is included

rekordbox and Serato Compatibility
You can perform using rekordbox or Serato DJ Lite for free by connecting your PC/Mac to the DDJ-FLX4. DJs looking to upgrade to Serato DJ Pro can buy a license or subscription for the premium version of the software.
Multidevice Support
The DDJ-FLX4 is compatible with a host of devices including Windows and Mac computers, iPhones and iPads, and Android phones and tablets. You can use the controller with rekordbox for iOS/Android and connect to the device via Bluetooth.

Seamless Integration with Music Streaming Services
rekordbox is compatible with a different choice of streaming services. Depending on the DJ software you use, you can choose from millions of tracks available on TIDAL, Beatport Streaming, Beatsource Streaming, and SoundCloud Go+ platforms (subscriptions required), and mix them together on the DDJ-FLX4. You can use all the effects and performance features to spice up your favorite songs and create your own sound.
USB Audio Output for Microphone Sound
The DDJ-FLX4 removes the need for a separate mixer or soundcard, as the controller mixes the microphone audio with the music. These audio capabilities make the DDJ-FLX4 an ideal choice if you are looking to livestream your sets, as you can perform using only the controller.
