The Jackin Disco name is taken from a distinct form of late disco formed from the world of cut-up culture, producing a hard-hitting, speed garage prototyper sound. Four additions to the series inaugurated in 2024 have heard bang-up refits for Chic, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Shapeshifters, Basement Jaxx and Locksmith, with each 7" getting two slices of the legacy hitmade pie each. Now two more timeless numbers are reworked as loving carryovers: 'Million Dollar Bill' by Whitney Houston, lent a gated snaring snap-pan clarification, and 'We're Getting Stronger' by Loleatta Holloway, secondarily given a softer rerub.
