DJ MARKY / MAKOTO - Its Alright I Feel It (12")

DJ MARKY / MAKOTO
Its Alright I Feel It

Format: 12"
Genre: Drum & Bass / Jungle

Hospital Records come correct with this super special vinyl-only release from two of drum & bass music's most soulful titans - Marky and Makoto. House heads will already know the main hook that 'It's Alright, I Feel It' is built around. A evocative slice of Nuyorican Soul; it's the sound of two masters at work celebrating the original Masters At Work in a way that nods at the last time Vega and Dope were part of the d&b narrative, way back during first the Bristol explosion and the output of Talkin' Loud. And as if that wasn't quite enough soulful gold, then flip for a heartfelt tribute and celebration of MC Conrad, an artist who truly wrote the blueprint for musical drum & bass MCs. Gone but never, ever forgotten. Conrad - Rest In Peace. Hopefully both of these tracks become anthems at festivals this summer.
