VARIOUS - Disco Funk Vinyls (2xLP)

VARIOUS
Disco Funk Vinyls

Format: 2xLP
Genre: Disco/Nu-Disco

French compilation house Wagram Records un-stopper the disco-funk funnel with yet another V/A LP, arriving at an inevitable disco stop after many recent volumes dedicated to funk, soul and reggae. Its 20 tracks span Imagination, Patrice Rushen, Curtis Mayfield, Loleatta Holloway, Millie Jackson and the Lafayette Afro Rock Band, a custom syllabus for 70s dance lesson truants. From 'Just An Illusion' to 'Boogie Woogie Dancin' Shoes', the hits are all present and correct, with no obscurities taking up valuable groovespace.
