The inaugural 7" from the genre-christened New Jack Swing label - file under. Vancouver-based editor Flipout handles both remix sides, the A side running Boyz II Men's 'Motown Philly' through a slightly faster breakbeat lens than the NJS tempo usually braves. The flip applies the same approach to Kid 'N Play - beefing up Hurby "Luv Bug" Azor's productions for the duo, whose assured inclusion of ready-usable break material had already powered their party-rap fire, this edit making the case plainly - only a light touch is required.
