Better B Ready
Format: 7"
Genre: Hip Hop/R&B
Canadian imprint Baller Beats rounds off its opening trilogy with another pair of hip-hop edits, this time handing the reins to Suckaside and label boss Baller, who makes his first appearance on the label. Suckaside opens with a break-heavy flip of an early 90s West Coast party staple, which wraps warm low-end around some seriously rugged drums. On the reverse, Baller blends East Coast hip-hop with a soulful r&b hook for a crowd-pleasing cut - one that's bound to catch a few people off guard in the mix.
