สินค้าที่ส่งคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ อุปกรณ์ รวมถึงของแถมครบถ้วน สินค้าที่ถูกแกะซีล แกะบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้

All sales are final and products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Requests for an exchange or return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items.

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are not eligible for exchange or return.
