These two jams have never been on 7" before, and are taken from the MF DOOM X Tatsuro Yamashita LP in 2018, before the great rapper and hip-hop head passed away. They embody his style with their intricate bars, lush musicianship and knack for taking samples from all over soul and funk and jazz and reworking them into his own language. The A-side 'Windy Ladies' is a summer breeze that oozes west coast cool, and the flip joint 'Merry Go Round' is a more funky and breaks-driven sound with 80s chords dousing the drums in neon-light.
